Yeh Meri Family Season 3 Review: Rajesh Kumar and Juhi Parmar Lead Heartfelt Series About Togetherness

Yeh Meri Family Season 3 Review

About Season Three of Yeh Meri Family

Yeh Meri Family Season 3 on Amazon miniTV is another family series that debuts on your screens this week. When 10-year-old Rishi reflects on his early years spent with his parents, sister, and grandmother, we go back to see how the Awasthis are doing. The third season of Yeh Meri Family is set in the simpler times of spring 1995. The Viral Fever is a five-episode television series that follows parents Neerja (Juhi Parmar) and Sanjay (Rajesh Kumar) as they raise their two kids, Ritika (Hetal Gada) and Rishi (Anngad Raaj).

Living under one roof, like most Indian families, brings out the best in the Awasthis, as multiple generations coexist there. They both share their joys and sorrows. Exams, birthday celebrations, and parental responsibilities are all causes for concern during this time of year. Naturally, as is the case with most siblings, Rishi and Ritika argue. The entire cast of the show, including Veena Mehta in the role of the dadi and young Anngad and Rajesh Kumar, is noteworthy for their parts.

Rahib Siddiqui, the director, creates a nostalgic Yeh Meri Family where Ritika plays music from cassettes and the family watches a Hindi classic on the VCR. The show also depicts Rishi’s growing pains as he deals with his first crush on Ritika’s school friend and runs into bullies. Neerja and Sanjay are also concerned about how to raise their kids and provide them with adequate guidance for the future. In addition, the Yeh Meri Family writing team makes sure to address both minor and major family life issues in the middle of the 1990s.
